What to Expect

You will dress up in typical Dutch Volendam costume with wooden shoes​. The costumes are drawn over your own clothes, so no need to undress. Dressing up and wearing wooden clogs makes a hilarious moment and is an experience in itself. After dressing up our photographer takes multiple photos in our historic photo studio with original Delft Blue fire place. You are surrounded by tulips, cheese, furniture and other pieces matching a typical Dutch household from the early days.

In your ticket one 6x8" photo print with paper frame is included as well as all the digital photos. They are directly availble online to share with friends and family. After selecting the photos you want to print you will undress and your photos will be ready. A perfect souvenir of a nice break in Amsterdam! ​

The experience takes about 10-15 minutes and is for all ages (and species, so don’t hesitate to bring your pet).
